**Subscription Cancelation**

We value your commitment to our services and want to ensure that your experience is both flexible and convenient. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please submit your request at least 14 days before the upcoming renewal payment for seamless processing. Please note that cancellations for all subscriptions can only be processed after completing two billing cycles. If a cancellation request is received after a payment has been processed, rest assured that your subscription will be gracefully concluded, effective from the subsequent month. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We offer global shipping, and in the rare event that we are unable to deliver to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and initiate a full refund.

Do you provide International delivery?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it in all conditions. To request a replacement, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us via email. Once we receive the photo, we will find an appropriate solution or issue a replacement for the product.

Damages and Issues

We accept returns, with the provision that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping labels. In our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction, we offer complimentary size exchanges for jerseys, allowing you to find the perfect fit at no extra cost within 3 days of receving the item.

Exceptions for Customized Jerseys: Please note that jerseys customized with personal names are not eligible for return. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to restock jerseys that feature your unique customization.

Exchange Policy: Once an exchange has been processed, please be aware that we cannot accept a return for the exchanged item. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before proceeding with an exchange.

What is your returns/exchange policy?

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address. If you mistakenly provide an incorrect address during the order process and notify us before shipping, we will attempt to update it, though this isn't guaranteed. However, if you inform us after shipping, it is considered your error, and no refund will be provided.
